Believers' Fountain of Living Waters Assembly International is a Bible Believing Church, whose foundation is formed on the infallible Word of God. Known for her love for Holiness, Discipleship and Sound Bible teachings, the Ministry can easily be recognized all over her branches due to her pattern of Service and Fellowship.
Irrespective of the location of any of her branches, a common goal of all BFLWA is to keep on striving to conform to the nature of Image of Christ and the perfect Church (both as individuals and as a body). This godly desire is the driving force which has kept the Church walking daily in the Grace of God as She waits earnestly for the rapture.
BFLWA worldwide is known for a unique pattern of worship and fellowship through the following bible-based avenues:
1 Intense Bible Studies:
This provides an avenue for spiritual growth and maturity of the members as they dig deep into the Word of God. Pastors, Teachers and other worded brethren are available to share the word of God. Contributions, Questions and Observations of immense values are welcomed in such meetings.
2 Prayer Meetings:
BFLWA Worldwide is characterized by the desire and quest to storm Heaven through prayers. Apart from individual and group Prayers and intercessions, certain days of the week are set aside for Congregational prayers. Most times, these prayers are accompanied by Fasting. At some branches, prayer meetings are held in the form of weekly night vigils.3 Evangelism/Visitation:
One of the Mission of BFLWA is to Evangelize. It is a general believe and doctrine in BFLWA that the daily lives of the members should preach forth the Gospel of Christ. In line with 2Cor 3:3, BFLWA encourages her members and the body of Christ in general to live lives that will show forth Christ: in speech, thoughts, Behavours, etc. This is the greatest tool for evangelism.Evangelism is taken up as an individual and a collective responsibility at BFLWA. Members are encouraged to utilize every opportunity they have to minister the gospel of Jesus Christ to people. Soul Winning is a chief goal which BFLWA dedicates her time and resources to.
Certain days of the week are set aside for Public Evangelism which entails church members moving round a particular neighbourhood to share the Word of God to Unbelievers and encourage Believers.
BFLWA members also make it a practice to visit one another and encourage each other in the Lord...Heb 12:13.
4 Worship Service:
All over BFLWA, Sunday Worship Service starts by 7:30 AM with Workers' Empowerment. This is a time where all Church Workers (Pastors, Choir, Ushers, and all members of various ministerial Departments) come together to Pray for thirty (30) minutes. After this, Sunday School commences from 8:00AM and this lasts for one hour. Sunday Schools are like Bible Studies where Questions, Contributions and Observations are welcomed. At times, the Sunday School teachings is a foundation for the Sunday Sermon. Hence, all members are encouraged to attend. Also, members of other churches who wished to learn from the feet of the Master are highly welcomed.
The Service starts properly by 9:00AM with a Worship/Praise session led by the Choir, after which Singing of Congregational Hymns, Bible Reading, Announcement (preceeded by welcoming of new members)
, Tithes and Offertory collection, Testimonies/Special Song ministration Sessions comes up in this sequence. The Choir after this, gives her special ministration which is then
followed by the sermon for the day.
